What is an aptitude test?
A lot of companies ask candidates to write an aptitude test, when they are applying for a new position.
The test lasts from 10 minutes to an hour. The company is trying to test the candidates' reading, writing, arithmetic and problem-solving skills.
At Quest Computer Skills Centre, we let our students do an aptitude test during the Office Admin course, that they mark themselves, just to prepare them if they get one when applying for employment.
A good way to prepare for this test is to go onto the following link https://www.savilleassessment.com/aptitude-tests/ and do a few tests on your own at home.
